Develop Mastery in Problem Solving
This is an apprenticeship program in high speed problem solving with problem solving expert David Veech.
You will work on real-life case studies together with the sensei and develop 'mastery' in high speed problem solving.
Participants are allowed to bring their own cases to the study groups where the problems are dissected under the guidance of the lead. Sessions are online, coupled with physical on-site meetings and site visits

Who is David Veech?
As a management consultant David Veech, has helped many companies in building high performance teams and implementing management systems to ensure efficiency.
As a senior lecturer, David taught operational excellence at Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University for several years.
When it comes to teamwork and tackling challenges under high uncertainty, there is nothing that comes close to the army. Before his career in consulting and academia, David had served 20-years in the US Army in various positions.
David is the author of several best-selling books on leadership, teamwork and management using lean principles. His most recent book “Leadersights” focuses on providing simple techniques for building and improving the skills that drive critical leader behaviors.
