Sensei Ritsuo Shingo was the founder and president of Sichuan Toyota China and made it a huge success. He spent over 50 years practicing and teaching Toyota Production System. In fact he was the one who contributed the acronym SMED to the literature.
In this course you will have chance to learn Hitozukuri and contributing concepts based on Sensei Shingo's real-life experience.
